Tenders are invited for Consulting Firm to Support the Information System and Decision Support System (1st Extension) The consulting firm will be required to carry out the following tasks: Conduct vulnerability assessment and penetration testing of the overall system including external security assessment, internal penetration test and web-application penetration test and remediate the system as needed; Conduct configuration of the system to enable public access and use; Conduct Linux server maintenance, system security check, GeoServer, Linux Shell Scripting for Application Programming Interface (API) integration, etc.; Manage and make system installations, backup and restore data, and troubleshooting; Upgrade the system components and libraries to new versions according to security needs; Make improvement and upgrade Portal functionalities based on the users feedbacks respectively; Periodically test the overall system and fix the bugs found to ensure smooth functionality; Improve data contents and quality in the system; Make further improvement on CamPAZ; Research possible new technologies for the platform upgrading, improvement, and integration if required; Provide hands-on job trainings to DGIS officials on server maintenance, system security, backup and restore, and troubleshooting; Support DGIS in providing technical trainings on CEMIS and CamPAZ to MoE officials, CSLEP team, and other relevant stakeholders; and Perform any other duties as required by Sub-Component 1.1.
