Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of 2 Nos of 1000kg Machine Room Type Bed Lift for the Construction of Surgical Wards & Operation Theater Complex at District General Hospital, Monaragala. Paying of a Non-Refundable Document Fee of Rs. 10,000.00 in Cash from 09.00 a.m. To 3.00 p.m. During on Any Working Days from 07.04.2025 up to 28.04.2025 Value of Bid Security (Rs. CTS) 350,000.00 Non-Refundable Document Fee (Rs. Cts) 10,000.00 . Qualification requirements to qualify for contract award include; The successful Bidder shall not have been blacklisted. The Bidder shall have experience in supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Bed Lifts for the last 10 years in Sri Lanka. The manufacturer of the Lifts shall have at least 15 years experience in the design and manufacture of similar type Passenger Lifts. The make of lifts offered shall have satisfactory service record in Sri Lanka at least for last 10 years. The bidder shall have successfully completed at least 5 contracts of supply and installation of Bed Lifts in similar capacity and value not less than Rs. 35 million each during the last 8 years in Sri Lanka. Average annual value of supply, installation and maintenance of lifts performed in last 5 years by the Bidder shall be at least Rs. 126 million. The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities required is Rs. 14.6 million. Bids shall be addressed to the Chairman, Base Procurement Committee, COE (E&U) Office, Central Engineering Services (Private) Limited, Digana Village, Rajawella and bids shall be kept at the Tender Box No. 02 placed at the COE (E&U) Office, Central Engineering Services (Private) Limited, Digana Village, Rajawella at or before 2.30 p.m. on 30.04.2025 or bids shall be sent by registered post to reach the above address before the closing time of bids. All late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing, in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend. 6.
