Tenders are invited for Garment Sector Energy Expert. There are approximately 800 factories working on export-focused production. About 90% of these are Cut Make and Trim (Tier 1), that assemble products for sale, while 10% are fabric processing facilities (Tier 2), which have significantly higher water, chemical and energy requirements. The majority of the materials utilised in Cambodian factories are imported, while almost all finished products are exported.
