Instruction to Bidders: The required documents must be submitted on company letterhead signed by the authorized representation of your company and in PDF format a single file. Submission of all documents required shall be made to [email protected] not later than 5.30pm April 15th, 2025. The tile of your email submission should be Application for LOX and Oxygen Piping Infrastructure Project-FHI/EpiC-LOX/2025/001 Enquiry on this EOI shall be by email communication to [email protected] on or before 12pm April 14th, 2025. Applicants who are successful at this EOI stage will be required to visit each site to prepare a facility-specific bill of quantities and develop the corresponding engineering design for each location. Please note: Issuance of this EOI in no way constitutes a commitment by FHI 360 to any bidder. FHI 360 reserves the right to vary any part of this EOI at the time of award if it becomes necessary.
