The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Aimed At Adjusting The Entrance Of The Main Building Of The Technical And Branch School Complex, Located At Ul. November 11, 45 In Jastrzębie-Zdrój, For The Needs Of People With Disabilities. The Task Is To Make A Steel Ramp Along With The Reconstruction Of The Cable, Which Is In A Collision With The Designed Ramp. The Objective Investment Will Include The Following Works:- Demolition Of Fragments Of The Surface Of The Existing Pavement Made Of Concrete Cubes Along With The Foundations And Concrete Rollers (Surface To Be Put Back To Re-Arrangement After Completing Construction Works); Concrete;- Preparatory And Measuring Works;- Removal Of Humus;- Excavations For Foundation Feet;- Excavations Related To The Reconstruction Of The Cable;- Reconstruction Of The Existing Nn Cable In Collision With The Ramp,- Export And Disposal Of Debris;- Land Export To The Landfill;- Performing Foundation Feet With Reinforcement;- Steel Relief Installation According To The Drawing Part. Documentation;- Re-Arrangement Of The Pavement Made Of Concrete Cubes After The Works;- Laying A New Fragment Of The Pavement Of Concrete Cube Together With The Outskirts;- Assembly Of A Portable Curb R- Spreading A Layer Of Humus In A Place Violated When Performing Construction Works;- Execution Of New Lawns. Surpassing Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are:- Technical Design,- Form Of Blind Cost Estimates,- Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior)- Planned Contractual Provisions. In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320), The Employer Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Pzp, Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In The Technical Documentation.
