1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Cermomodernization Of The Library Building At Ul. Gen. Maczka 3 In Świdnik Covered By Non -Returnable Support From The Development Plan As Part Of The B1.1.4 Investment Strengthening The Energy Efficiency Of Local Social Activity Facilities Of The National Plan Of Reconstruction And Increase Restage (Kpo) .2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Thermomodernization Of The Building For The Needs Of The Library Along With Elements Of Technical Infrastructure. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Illustrated By The Design Documentation And Includes:- Demolition Works (Demolition Of Partition Walls, Disassembly Of Doors And Windows, Crust Of Floors, Demolition Of The Chimney, Shortening The Roof Fragments Over Former Entrances, Dismantling Of The Cover, Demolition Of The Band Around The Building And The Pavement)- Reconstruction Of The Rooms Inside The Building,- Replacement Of Internal Installations In The Building,- Expansion Of The Building From The East, Przedsionek I Magazyn,- Zmianę Lokalizacji Wejścia Głównego Od Budynku, - Termomodernizację Budynku,- Wymianę Okien I Drzwi W Budynku,- Wymianę Pokrycia Dachowego,- Budowę Chodników,- Przebudowę Istniejącego Chodnika, - Budowę Utwardzonego Placu I Wiaty Śmietnikowej,- Budowę Przyłącza Kanalizacji Sanitarnej,Dodatkowo Wykonawca Opracuje I Wykona Organizację Ruchu Na Czas Prowadzenia Robót Oraz Permanent Organization Of Traffic (In The Event Of Exceeding The Deadline For The Introduction Of The Traffic Organization, Which Is Available To The Employer) Together With Their Approval In The Traffic Managing Body. The Contractor Will Perform And Provide Geodetic As -Built Measurements And Obtain, On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority, The Decision Of The Permit For Use Or Confirmation Of The Lack Of Objection To The Use Of Use Issued By The Poviat Inspector Of Construction Supervision. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Arrangements, Opinions And Permits Necessary To Obtain The Abovementioned Document At The Poviat Building Supervision Inspectorate (Including The Opinion Of The State Fire Service, The Poviat Sanitary Inspection, Occupation And Reception Of The Road Lane, Preparation Of Energy Characteristics And Others).
