1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task: Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Waste Containing Asbestos From Farms, Located In The Krobia Commune In 2025 And 2026 In A Total Amount Of About 557 Mg (About 428 Mg In 2025 And About 129 Mg In 2026). Derived From Farms, Located In The Krobia Commune, Consisting In Securing Waste Containing Asbestos, Loading, Transport And Transfer Of Waste To The Landfill For The Purpose Of Their Disposal, Having An Appropriate Decision Entitling To Disposal Of This Type Of Products. The Estimated Amount Of Waste Containing Asbestos Intended For Disposal Within Two Years (2025 And 2026), Which Will Be Able To Be Removed From The Krobia Commune As Part Of The Contract, Is About 557 Mg. The Final Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Products Intended For Disposal Will Depend On The Quantity And Scope Of Applications Submitted By Authorized Property Owners For The Service Of Removing Asbestos-Containing Products, As Well As The Unit Costs Arising From The Most Favorable Offer Selected In This Procedure. The Order Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out:- In 2025 To The Amount Allocated In The Budget Of The Krobia Commune In 2025 Pln $ 000.00, Coming From The Subsidy Of The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Poznań;- In 2026 To The Amount Allocated For This Purpose At The Krobia Commune For Many Years (Wpf) In 2026 For This Purpose Of Funds In The Amount Of Pln 89,000.00, From The Subsidy Of The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Poznań. It Is Noted That Non -Used Funds In 2025 May Be Transferred To The Implementation In 2026.2. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Securing The Dismantled Asbestos -Containing Products Collected By The Applicant On The Property Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Law In Force In This Respect, Consisting In: Arranging On Pallets, Foil Securing, Marking And Preparation For Transport; 2) Weighing Waste; To Perform The Task, The Contractor Will Apply A Carrier, With Valid Legalization, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 11 May 2001 Law On Measures (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2063) And Relevant Executive Acts; Weighing Will Take Place In The Presence Of The Owner (Perpetual Usufructuary) Or Property Manager. The Contractor Will Weigh And Make A Protocol From This Activity In Which He Will Contain Information About The Amount Of Asbestos (Mg) Waste Collected, Asbestos Waste (Wave/Flat Plate), The Address Of The Property From Which These Waste Was Taken. The Data Contained In The Protocol Must Be Confirmed By The Signature Of The Owner (Perpetual Usufructuary) Or Property Manager Present During The Weighing Of The Owner (Perpetual Usufructuary). The Transport Of Collected Waste Containing Asbestos Will Take Place In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251), As Well As The Act Of 19 August
