Tenders Are Invited For Successive Supplies Of Meat And Sausages For The Needs Of The Poviat School Dormitory In Człuchów

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Meat And Sausages For The Poviat School Dormitory In Człuchów. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Specified In Annex 3 To This Swz And Includes, Among Others: Fresh Meat: Shoulder, Ham, Bacon, Pork, Beef, Pork Neck, Poultry Breasts, Legs, Wings, Liver, Neck, Pork Loin, Blade And Sausages: Poverty Sausage, Dried, Smoked Ham. Tenderloin, Etc. 2. Food Products Covered By Delivery Should Meet The Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Collective Nutrition Plants, I.E., Among Others:- Qualitative Standards Or Approvals,- Marking, Including The Date Of Minimum Durability And Shelf Life,- Appropriate Way Of Transporting Goods- Maintaining Transport Separation,- The Assortment Must Be Deprived Of Damage Physical And Biochemical Nature Lowering Its Usable Value,- Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle. 3. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Actually Ordered And Provided Amount Of The Subject Of The Contract. Obligatory Scope Of The Order, I.E. The Minimum (Guaranteed) Amount Is 50% Of The Gross Contract Value. 4. The Employer Reserves The Right, While Maintaining A Written Form, To Reduce The Accepted Quantities In Situations That The Contracting Authority Could Not Predict At The Time Of Its Conclusion (E.G. Transformation Of Balance Units, Liquidation, Etc.). The Value Of The Contract Will Then Be The Final Value Of Actually Completed Deliveries. The Contracting Authority Will Not Bear Negative Effects Caused By Reducing The Quantity And Value Of Deliveries Provided In The Price Form - Annex 2 To Swz.
