Tenders Are Invited For Development Of A General Plan For The Lubartów Commune

4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In Developing A General Plan For The Lubartów Commune, Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act Of 27.03.2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) [Hereinafter: The Pzp Act] And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of The General Plan. 4.2. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular: 1. The Scope Of Activities To Be Carried Out On The Contractors Side In Relation To The Preparation Of The General Plan Includes: 1) Making An Urban Inventory And Assessing The Existing State Of Development; 2) Drawing Up An Eco-Generographic Study; 3) Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents Required By The Act Related To The Preparation Of A Draft General Plan (Advertisements, Notification Projects, Notification); 4) Analyzes Of Submitted Applications By Natural And Legal Persons And Submitted By Bodies And Institutions, Including The Preparation Of A List Of Applications, Preparing Proposals For Their Consideration Along With Justification, As Well As Possible Development Of A List Of Response To The Bodies And Institutions Specified In The Act, As Well As Other Institutions And Units Informed About The Accession; 5) Participation In Social Consultations Regarding The Draft General Plan In Accordance With Art. 8I Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development With The Inhabitants Of The Lubartów Commune And The Provision Of Relevant Information And Explanations; 6) Preparing A Draft General Plan Together With The Justification And Forecast Of Impact On The Environment; 7) Participation In Meetings Of The Municipal Architecture And Urban Committee; 8) In Particular, When Agreing And Giving Opinions On The General Plan Of The General Plan With Units Indicated In The Law; 9), Preparing An Analysis Of Comments Submitted To The Draft General Plan Together With A Proposal Of Their Resolution And The Possible Introduction Of Corrections To The General Plan Project; 10) Preparation Of A Report Summarizing The Course Of Public Consultations; 11) Correction Of The General Plan Draft In Connection With The Remarks Of The Plan And Preparation Adoption; 12) Presenting A Draft General Plan With Attachments On The Permanent Committees Of The Lubartów Commune Council And Participation In The Session Of The Lubartów Commune Council Adopting The General Plan, If Necessary; 13) Developing A Summary And Justification Referred To In Art. 42 And Art. 55 Para. 3 Of The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended); 14) Preparation Of The Formal And Legal Work Of Planning Work, To The Extent Required By The Voivode In Order To Assess Compliance With The Law; 15) In The Event Of Renewing The Procedure- Documents And Renewing The Necessary Actions Under This Contract; 16) Partici
