The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Together With The Delivery Of 1 Item Of A Factory New Backhoe Loader With Accessories For The Water Company Of The Grudziądz Commune, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In This Swz.2. The Subject Of The Contract And Its Detailed Requirements Are Described In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) - Minimum Requirements. 3. The Vehicle And Its Equipment Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law Act (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251), 4. The Vehicle Must Have The Required Ce Certificate Issued By The Manufacturer, 5. Equipment And Components Mounted In The Vehicle And Accessories Should Meet The Requirements Of Separate National And/Or International Regulations. 6. The Vehicle Must Be Equipped With A Diesel Engine With A Minimum Rated Power Of 110 Hp But Not More Than 120 Hp, Meeting The Requirements Of Stage V. The Gearbox Of Powershift Type Automatic Machine, Backhoe Loader Drive Into Two Axles With The Possibility Of Disconnecting The Front Axle. 7. The Contractor Provides A Minimum Of 1 Service Point In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Or Pomeranian Or Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. 8. The Contracting Authority Defines Max. 48 Hours Of Joining The Repair Counting From Reporting A Fault/Inspection (Without Including Public Holidays). 9. Additional Information. 1. The Vehicle, Equipment And Accessories That Are The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New (Year Of Production - 2024 Or Newer). 2. The Vehicle Will Be Transferred With The Adblue Fuel And Liquid Refueled To The Full, As Well As Other Lubricants, Liquids And Oils.
