Joint Offering Zealand (Hereafter Referred To As Fus) Hereby Invites Interested Tenderers To Apply To Be Prequalified To Bid On Fus Offering Of Framework Agreement On The Delivery Of Interpretation Services. Fus Is A Shopping Community Consisting Of 16 Municipalities That, In Collaboration, Implement Joint Tenders And Create A Common Framework For Procurement. The Fus Collaboration Represents A Total Of Approx. 761,000 Citizens. The Tender Business Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation In Accordance With Section 61 (1). Paragraph 1 (C) Of The Tendering Act, Cf. Statutory Order No. 116 Of February 3, 2025, As The Contracting Entity Has Assessed That The Conditions For Using The Tendering Procedure “Tendering With Negotiation” Is Met. The Assigned Assignment Is A Framework Agreement On The Provision Of Interpreting Services To Units And Institutions In The 16 Municipalities That Are Members Of Joint Offering Zealand (Fus). The Purpose Of The Supply Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With Two Suppliers Who In A Cascade Model Can Ensure The Supply Of Professional Interpreting Services, Where Ordered Interpreters Interpret The Agreed Time, Have A Professional Behavior And Are Competent To Interpret From And To Both The Interpreted Language And Danish. The Contracting Entity In Particular Needs Interpreting Services In Conversations, Etc. Within The Following Areas: • Employment • Integration • Teaching • Social - And The Health Field • The Child And Youth Area • The Family Area • Daycare And Schools • Citizen Service • Weddings The Contracting Entity Must Be Able To Order Interpretation Completed As: • Telefontal Interpretation • Video Interpretation • Attendance Interpretation • Written Translation Of Minor Tasks • Phone Message And Sms. Guldborgsund Municipality Is The Co -Ordinator Of The Tender And The Framework Agreement.
