The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Implementation Of The Construction Works For The Introduction Of Energy -Saving Measures In The Building Of The Municipal Administration In Primorsko, Primorsko Municipality. The Administrative Building Of The Municipality Of Primorsko Was Built In 2010. It Is Developed On Five Levels, One Of Which Is Semi -Underground And Four Above Ground. The Basement Is Located A Boiler And A Fuel Warehouse. There Are Offices On The Aerial Floors, Gathering Room, Garages, Sanitary And Technical Premises. The Working Mode Of The Building Is 8 Hours, 5 Days/Week, Year -Round. There Are 70 Inhabitants Permanently Residing In The Building During Working Hours.
