The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Periodic Check Of The Technical Condition Of Buildings Belonging To The Zgn Resources - Part I - Aom No. 2 - Considering Checking The Technical Condition And Suitability For The Use Of Buildings, Aesthetics Of Building Objects And Its Surroundings, Without Electrical Measurements. The Scope Of Periodic Control Of The Technical Condition Of Buildings Is Aimed At Fulfilling The Obligations Of The Employer, Resulting From Art. 62 Para. 1 Point 2 Of The Construction Law In The Scope Of The 5 -Year Review Of The Technical Condition Of Buildings, Excluding The Study Of The Electrical And Lightning Protection System. The Effect Of Inspections Of The Technical Condition Of Buildings Will Be To Prepare Protocols From The Review Separately For Each Building.
