3 Annex 2.1. - Assortment And Price Form: • Point I Contains The Name Of The Reagent With Which The Contracting Authority Plans To Perform Tests To Determine The Acid -Alkaline Balance For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract; • In Point Ii, Each Of The Contractors Is Obliged To Offer And Thus Enter The Amount Of Useful Materials Necessary For The Operation Of The Automatic Analyzer For Determining The Acid -Alkaline Balance In Quantities Corresponding To The Scope Of The Examination. 3. Annex 2.2. Contains The Number Of Lease Fees (For A Period Of 36 Months) For An Automatic Analyzer For Determining Acid -Alkaline Balance And For An External Computer Set. 4. Annex 10 Under The Name Summary Of The Required Technical Parameters Presents A Detailed Description Of The Automatic Analyzer For Determining The Acid -Alkaline Balance, Description Of The Required Minimum Lease Conditions Of The Analyzer And A Description Of The Leased External Computer Set. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Partial Offers. Offers Should Be Submitted To The Whole. 6. In The Assortment And Price Form, I.E. In Annex 2.1. And Price, I.E. In Annex 2.2. Regarding The Lease Of The Analyzer For Determining Acid -Alkaline Balance Must Be Taken Into Account All Positions. Lack Of Any Item In Annexes No. 2 Will Reject The Offer. The Required Date For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract (Contract) And The Terms Of The Contract: 1. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. The Assortment Described In Annex 2.1. The Deadline For Performing The Subject Of The Contract (Contract) Will Take Place By A Minimum 36 -Month Period From The Date Of Conclusion Or Binding Of The Contract Or Until The Amount Constituting The Contractual Remuneration Is Exhausted. 4. In Connection With Various Situations, E.G. Minimum Delivery Date Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. The Range Described In Annex 2.1. It Ranges From Two To Five Business Days From The Date Of Placing The
