The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Instron 3366 Strength Machine, Id Number 336K3776 System, Serial Number 0003733, Year Of Production 2007, Maximum Load 10Kn, Production Of Instron Company, England (Hereinafter Referred To As The Strength Machine), For Electronics Corresponding To The Series Of Strength Machinery Of Instrons 3400 And Installation Of New Equipment. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Services That Make Up The Subject Of This Order, A Description Of The Minimum Technical Requirements (Technical, Quality Parameters) And Other Types Of Properties Of Elements Included In The Equipment Of The Strength Machine (Including Software), Specify The Following Documents: 1) Annex 2 To Swz Constituting: Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; 2) Detailed Conditions For The Performance Of The Contract Specified In The Contract Specified By The Contractual Contract. To The Scope Of Work Required By The Employer As Part Of The Service Referred To In Para. 1 Of This Department Consists Of: 1) Disassembly Of Old Type Electronic Components; 2) Installation Of New Electronic Components; 3) Test Of New Parts; 4) Providing A Licensed, Original Bluehill Universal Software From Instron Company And Checking The Cooperation Of New Software With Inspection Components Of The Strength Machine, In Particular With Control Speed Control And The Measurement Of Forces; 5) Delivery Of Pneumatic Handles For Loads For Loads Up To 10Kn; 6) Supply Of Mechanical Two -Axle Ecstyometer With A 25 Mm Measuring Base; 7) Providing An Electronic Caliper; 8) Providing, Installing And Verifying The Operation Of The Video Edition; 9) After Completing The Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct In The Presence Of Designated Employees Of The Client To Launch The Machine And The Measuring System (Including Video And Two -Axle Mechanical Ecstransometer) And Conducting Examples On The Samples Chosen By The Customer; 10) Calibrated By The Ordering Party By The Ordering Party Two Heads Measurement With Loading Range Of Up To 500N And Up To 10 Kn For Stretching And Squeezing In Accordance With Iso 7500; 11) Performing All Work To Adapt The Strength Machine To The State In Which The Safety Requirements Set By Appropriate Provisions Will Meet; 12) Granting The Ordering Party To A Warranty For A Period Of Not Less Than 12 Months. The Warranty Includes Parts Provided By The Contractor And The Quality Of Assembly. The Contractors Obligation As Part Of The Warranty Is To Remove Part Defects And Defective Work Revealed Within 12 Months Of Installation. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Mention Free Parts Whose Defects Have Been Proven And Were Used In Accordance With The Ordinary Practices; 13) Issuing The Ordering Party Documents Referred To In § 4 Para. 1 Of The Contract Template. 4.
