Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7; b. Evidence of Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (3) valid till 31st December 2025; c. Evidence of current Pension Clearance Certificate (PENCOM) valid till 31st December 2025; d. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2025; e. Evidence of current National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December 2025; f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service providers by submission of Internal Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31st December 2025 or valid certificate issued by BPP; g. Sworn affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the (state name of the procuring entity) or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars; h. Companys Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years 2022, 2023 & 2024 i. Evidence of financial capability to execute the projects by submission of reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed; j. Companys profile with the curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the Project; including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications (in case of construction: COREN, SGRN, ARCON, CORBON etc.); k. Evidence of Registration of the firm with relevant professional bodies such as COREN, CMD, OEM, NEMSA etc. l. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects; m. List of Plants/Equipment with Proof of Ownership/Lease (for works); n. Only companies included in the National Automotive Design and Development Councils approved list of local manufacturers of vehicles or their representatives should bid for vehicles; o. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pension Compliance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Compliance Certificate, IRR & Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV partner) p. All document for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firms Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer of the firm. N.B: The above listed requirements shall form part of the Bids Evaluation Criteria and non-compliance with any of the slated criteria shall result in automatic disqualification of the bidder. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure as specified in Public Procurement Act, 2007. Interested/eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit between 9:00am-4:00pm (Mondays-Fridays) except public holidays at the following address: No. 10, Amisi Musa street, Jabi, Abuja. Interested Contractors are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Office of the Head of Procurement at the Headquarters of the Institute, evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 per Lot paid into the Institutes REPITA platform account through any reputable commercial bank in Nigeria. Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the desired lot, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids each with softcopy of financial bid only in his Excel format, packaged separately in sealed tamper proof envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Director General, National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism, No. 10, Amisi Musa Street, Jabi, Abuja and clearly marked with the name of the project and Lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope (i.e the Technical, financial and the bigger envelopes) should bear the name and the address of the Bidder and drop in the designated Tender box (Office of the Head of Procurement, National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism, No. 10, Amisi Musa Street, Jabi, Abuja not later than 12 noon on Monday, 28th April, 2025. GENERAL INFORMATION a. Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder; b. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened; c. Bidders should not bid for more than two (2) lots; d. All cost will be borne by the bidders; e. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives and two (2) representatives of private sector professional bodies and civil societies organization in the area of anti-corruption/transparency; f. Only pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be invited at a later date for financial bid opening, while the financial bid of un-successful bidders will be returned un-opened; g. The Institute is not bound to pre-quality any bidder and reserve the right to annul procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act 2007.
