It Targets Businesses At Three Growth StagesNascent, Advancing, And MatureAcross All Sectors Such As Agriculture, Forestry & Water, Agri-Food (Food Processing), Creative Industries, Industry, Information And Communication Technology (Ict), Services, Retail & Wholesale, Promoting Sustainable Growth And Gender Inclusivity. Coaching Topics The Business Management Coaching Will Cover The Following Themes: The Focus On The Efficient Management Of Supply Chain Operations, Including Inventory Control, Warehousing, Transportation, And Delivery. The Importance Of Timely And Cost-Effective Distribution, Optimizing Processes To Meet Customer Demands And Enhance Business Efficiency. Business Planning And Goal Setting Operational Workflows And Efficiency Deliverables Conduct One-On-One Coaching Sessions, With 1 Coaching Session Per Entity For 2 Entities Located In Rawda And New Rawda, Conducted In-Person Or Online One Session Report Per Msme, Including: Areas Covered Key Observations And Needs Actionable Recommendations Qualifications University Degree In Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Fields. Minimum 5 Years Of Professional Experience In Business Coaching, Sme Consultancy, Or Enterprise Development. Proven Presentation Skills.
