Request for Proposal for Event Planning And Management Services - Cayman Islands Healthcare Conference This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By The Cayman Islands Government (“Cig”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Event Planning And Management Services, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (Appendix D) (The “Deliverables”). Activities Include, But Are Not Limited To, Three Years Of The Conference’S Overall Project Management From Concept Inception To Delivery Of The Event, And Includes All Creative Services, Media Relations, Public Relations, Registration Management, Venue Liaison, Event Branding And Materials, Website Hosting, Speechwriting, Sponsorship Development, Speakers’ Management, And Other On-Site Services, Including Stand-Alone Conference Sub-Events And Sessions, And Managing Local And Visiting Vip Participants. The Successful Proponent Must Provide All Necessary Equipment, Labour, Insurance, Finances, And Services Required To Organise, Manage And Execute The Conference
