Description: Invitation to Bid Hiring of Services for ?Post Warranty Support & Maintenance of Data Centre Infrastructure Hardware and Services (Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure) The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan invites sealed bids from firms of good repute, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and fulfilling requirements as per bidding document for the subject mentioned above. A bidding document containing detailed terms and conditions is available for the interested bidders at HEC Website and the hard copy may also be obtained from Mr. Egnr. Farhadullah (Assistant Director, IT Division), Higher Education Commission, Sector H-9, Islamabad, from Monday to Friday during working hours (08:00 am to 04:00 pm). Bidding documents can be downloaded from http://www.hec.gov.pk free of cost. However, interested bidders will be required to have a registered copy purchased from HEC to participate in the tender process. Price of the bidding documents (Rs. 2000/-) may be deposited through bank to HEC Finance HBL Account no. 17427900133401. Proper banking receipt must also be submitted to HEC finance for intimation of deposition before bid submission date and time. The bidders should submit a bank draft (from the scheduled bank) or pay order of fixed amount Rs. 60,00,000/- which must accompany the bid in a sealed envelope marked as Earnest Money in favor of Director General (Finance), Higher Education Commission, Islamabad, along with the proposal. This tender is being executed under PPRA Rule Para 36(a) Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. The bids must be submitted via PPRA e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and must also physically reach the HEC Information Technology (IT) Division, Higher Education Commission, H-9, Islamabad, on April 22, 2025 (Tuesday) by 1330 hours. Failure to fulfill either of these requirements will result in rejection of bid/bids.
