Request for proposals are invited for Orange Corners Innovation Fund (OCIF) Service Provider. Iraq Venture Partners (IVP)is launching a tender for the Orange Corners Innovation Fund (OCIF) service provider. The objective is to select suitable service providers to deliver specialized support in key areas critical to the growth and success of early-stage startups participating in OCIF. These areas include investment analysis, business valuation, governance, financial reporting, strategy development, capital-raising strategies, and marketing. Eligibility Criteria: The eligible applicants must meet the following criteria: Be officially licensed to conduct business in Iraq or their respective country of registration. Demonstrate adequate management and financial resources to perform the contract. Have satisfactory records of performance history, integrity, and business ethics. Be able to receive funds and have not been identified as a terrorist entity or blacklisted by any government, semi-governmental institute, or private institution.
