Tenders Are Invited For Accounter Accounting Services

The Services To Be Carried Out Cover The Whole Controls And Interventions That The Auditor Must Carry Out Within The Framework Of His General Mission, Including In Particular: The Services In Properly Said, Allowing The Certification Of The Annual Accounts Established According To The French Rules And Principles; The Verification Of Documents And Reports In The Context Of The Prevention Of Business Difficulties; Specific Verifications Relating To Compliance With Certain Legal Provisions And On Various Information Listed By The Law On Commercial Companies (Relating To The Management Report, Regulated Agreements, And The Report Of The Government Dentreprise, Etc.); If Necessary, Specific Diligence In Order To Dismiss Other Reports Provided For In Legal Or Regulatory Texts, In Particular Those Required In The Event Of Dividends Or Doperations On Capital; If Necessary, Participation In The Necessary Exchanges Between Society And External Stakeholders During The Appearance Of Accounting Problems With Normal Lactivity; Lassistance In The Implementation Of New Accounting Standards Or Regulations, Ensuring Their Correct Application In The Financial Statements. The Auditor Will Also Be Required To Intervene Within The Framework Of Agreed Procedures And/Or Diligence Directly Linked. He Must In Particular Issuing The Following Certificates And Reports: Report On Annual Accounts; Special Report On Regulated Conventions.
