Healthcare Materials Management Services (Hmms), On Behalf Of St. Josephs Health Care London (Sjhcl), And In Particular The Facilities Management Department, Is Looking To Establish A Partnership With A Preferred Proponent, To Act As A Constructor, As Outlined In The Rfp Documents, For Hmms04345 – Sjhc London – Core Lab Renovation. The Successful Proponent Will Be Responsible Addressing Key Infrastructure Challenges In The Core Lab And The Addition Of Pathology Grossing Stations Of In The B2-200 Wing Of St. Joesph’S Hospital. Temporary Lab Relocation During Renovations Will Also Be Necessary To Maintain Uninterrupted Services, This Work Will Be Included In The Scope Of The Rfp. This Will Require, But Is Not Excluded To The Following: Asbestos Abatement, Air Handling Replacement And Upgrades, And The Addition Of Pathology Grossing Stations As Well As Renovations To Temporarily Relocate The Lab. The Winning Proponent Must Act As Constructor And Is Responsible For Carrying All Appropriate Subtrades.
