The Municipalities Of Alver, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Samnanger, Vaksdal And Sveio Have Established Joint Ict Operating Companies, Ict Nordhordland Municipal Task Community (Ictnh). Ictnh Has Entered Into Operational Cooperation With Etne, Tysnes And Vindafjord. These Municipalities Have Partnered With Ictnh In This Tender Competition. This Request Applies Mainly: - Kindergarten Administrative System The Acquisition Will Ensure Forward -Looking Solutions For The Municipalities In The Collaboration, As Well As As Much As Possible Help To Simplify, Streamline Etc. The Everyday Life Of All Users Of The Solution. Offered Solution Must Be Prepared For New Services And Continuous Development. This Also Applies To National Common Components. The Municipalities Will Be Offered New Technologies As They Become Available And Interesting. Functionality Should Be Available According To The Simplest Possible Price Model That Does Not Limit Development, And With The Greatest Possible Integration Between Different Services And Technologies. There Is Also A Requirement For The Solution And The Agreement, In All Relevant Areas, To Support An Increasingly Closer Cooperation Between The Various Municipalities As Well As. The Supplier Will Contribute To The Municipalities Work For Competence Sharing, Training And Exchange Of Experience Between The Municipalities Throughout The Process. The Supplier Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Delivery Is In Accordance With Norwegian Laws And Regulations, And That The Delivery Otherwise Complies With The Order From The Client. The Supplier Is Responsible For Its Subcontractors Benefits On A Par With Their Own. We Require That The Supplier Actively Helps To Achieve All Our Objectives.
