The Present Public Procurement Is For Construction And Represents The Performance Of Ongoing Dredging In The Eappd, Determined By The Contracting Authority In The Most Critical Sections For The Restoration Of Project Depths According To The Farms According To The Recommendations Of The Danube Commission In The Bulgarian Danube River Of Rkm 610 (Somovov) Of The Dear Table In The Danube Predetermined By The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Eaapd Has A Specialized, Non -Self -Navigable Dredge For Dredging The Critical Sections Of The Danube River, Equipped With A Pulp 1000 M With Extension Opportunities. It Also Has A Maneuvering Ship, Non -Self -Propelled Chalan And Dragagen Pontoon. The Available Technique Can Be Used To Expand The Shipping Path Or Partial Expansion, As Well As To Dredge In The Presence Of An Alternative Lighthouse. In The Event Of A Dragging Throughout The Width Of The Road And In The Absence Of An Alternative Road, It Is Necessary To Forcibly Suspend Shipping Until The End Of The Dragge Works. In Connection With The Above, It Is Necessary To Stop The Dredging And The Drainage (S) (S) And A Timely Moved/And Timely On Its Own Course Or Through A Maneuverable Ship To Release The Lighthouse For Unobstructed Passage Of Ships. Draging Is Classified As Earthly Work - Excavations Executed Underwater, Including The Landing Of The Excavated Mass Of A Depot In The River. The Dredging Volume Is Estimated And The Total Amount Of Dredge Is 900,000 M³ Of Ground Mass In A Dense State For The Period Of The Contract. Unforeseen Works, Which Include The Removal Of Large Objects And Other Similar Works, Within The Dredging Area, When Their Removal Is Required To Continue The Dredge. These Works Are Carried Out After The Explicit Written Consent Of The Contracting Authority Eapap, And Are Valued By Analysis/Calculation Compiled By The Contractor And Agreed By The Contracting Authority Eapap. The Analysis Includes Objectively Defined Costs In Accordance With The Applicable Standards (Accounting, Technological And/Or Specific To The Respective Activity) Necessary For The Implementation Of The Assigned Activity, In Accordance With Its Volume And Duration, Including The Profit Of The Contractor Up To 10% Of The Total Amount Of These Costs.
