1) The Subject Of The Contract Is: Development Of The General Plan Of The Zduny Commune Based On Article 13A Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130 With A Pożn. Am. Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Zduny Commune, And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of The General Plan, On The Principles And Conditions Set Out In The Specification Of The Contract, Template Of The Contract (Annex 6 To Swz) And The Material And Terminal Schedule Constituting An Attachment To The Contract. Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended); B; B. U. Of 2023, Item 2758 As Amended D.); C. By The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended); D. Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Employer During The Implementation Of The Contract And The Current Court Case Law Regarding Spatial Development; E. Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts, Which Are Referred To The Subject Of The Order, Among Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Monument Protection, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads, Etc. 3) As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Following Activities: A. Drawing Up A Plan In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Executive Provisions To This Act; B. In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Analyze The Starting Material, Including Applicable Spatial Planning Acts, Applications For A Change In Spatial Planning Acts, Existing Conditions (Including Environmental, Geological, Cultural Heritage, Etc.) Announcements Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Messages Regarding The Development Of The Draft Plan, Opinions And Arrangements, As Well As Cooperation In Conducting The Procedure And Documentation Of Planning Works); • Preparation Of Materials And Letters In Order To Obtain Opinions And Arrangements, Including The Municipal Urban And Architoctic Commission, According To The Distribution Indicated By The Contractor; • Introducing Any Changes Resulting From Agreements. Procedures To The Necessary Extent, If Necessary, If Necessary, The Preparation Of The Content Of Complaints On The Provisions; • Physical Participation In Open Meetings, Expert Panels Or Workshops, Outdoor Meetings, Studio Walks, Designer Duty, Interviews, Preparing Surveys And Geoankiet, Collecting Comments, Conducting A Consultation Point (Method, Place And Time Set Out With The Ordering Party Solutions Adopted In The Draft Plan As Part Of Conducted Public Consultations, Including Explaining To Interested Persons (Written Or Oral); • Preparation In Consultation With The Ordering Documents, Letters, Surv
