By Developing The Hardware And Software Infrastructure Within The Sighișoara Municipal Hospital, The Debirocratization Of The Administrative System Will Be Obtained Which Will Lead To Quick Access To Information, To An Efficient Communication Process, And Not The Last To Save The Time Resource For The Citizen And The Civil Servant.
