Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services- Porthania, Technical Repairs And Functional Changes, Main And Architectural Design. At Porthania, At Yliopistonkatu 3, Technical Repairs And Functional Changes, The Project Is Carried Out As A Project Alliance, Where The Alliance Formed Is Responsible For The Planning And Implementation Of The Project And The 5 -Year Post -Responsibility Obligations. Porthania Is About 21,150 Brm2 And The Volume Is About 69,000 M3. The Building Was Completed In 1957 And Was Designed By Architect Aarne Ervi. Extensive And Demanding Conservation Objectives To The Building. The Building Was Renovated In 2004-2006. The Content And Scope Of The Project Is Planned In Cooperation, Taking Into Account The Conservation Objectives Of The Building. The Preliminary Content Of The Project Is Eg. - There Is A Need To Develop And Modernize Office, Learning And Gathering Facilities. -There Is A Need To Develop The Common Premises Of The Building As Part Of The Porthania Main Building Science Corner. - The Technology Is In Need Of Replacement - The Roofs And Tape Facade Pages Must Be Corrected To The Extent Necessary For The More Detailed Content And Scope Of The Project In Cooperation As An Alliance. The Purpose Of The Acquisition Is To Find The Main Contractor, Which, Together With The Client, The Chief Designer, Other Designers, The Other Contractors, The User And The Authorities, Implements The Design And Renovation Of The Site In Accordance With The Customers Goals. The Procurement May Also Include Design Services Through A Joint Decision Of The Alliance. Such Design Services Include, For Example, Structural And Hvac Designers, Interior Designer, Fire Consultant, Kitchen Designer And Acoustic. The Aim Is Also To Integrate Building Technology Partners In A Collaborative Implementation Format To Design The Content Of The Project And To Guide The Implementation Of The Project In Cooperation With Other Parties. The Subscriber Has Launched The Choice Of The Main Contractor. The Other Parties Of The Alliance Are At Least The Subscriber And The Chief Designer, Who Form An Alliance With The Winner Of This Tender, Leading To The Design And Construction Of The Site. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Supplement The Alliance With A Joint Decision With The Main Contractor And The Chief Designer For Any Other Project Planning Phase. Other Alliance Parties May Include, For Example, Technical Designers Or Building Technology Contractors. Project Phases: - During The Development Phase 1 (Project Planning), The Project Is Set For Scope, Functionality, Quality, Cost, Timing And Maintenance, Which Are Described In The Project Plan. - During The Development Phase 2, The Alliances Mission Is To Develop The Project With The Tvd Model; Plan It To Implement It And Define The Cost, Schedule And Other Objectives Of Implementing The Project. - The Implementation Phase (Construction) Of The Project Includes Implementation Planning And Construction In The Way 2 Specified In The Development Phase And According To The Objectives Set. - The Post -Responsibility Phase Involves The Fulfillment Of The 5 -Year Warranty Period. The Contents Of The Steps Are Described In More Detail In Annex 8 Of The Invitation To Tender
