The Subject Of Award Of This Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Carrying Out Construction Supervision Under Art. 166 Of The Spatial Planning Act: Construction Of An Installation For Composting Green Waste And/Or Biodegradable Waste In Cherven Bryag Municipality And Accompanying Technical Infrastructure. In The Performance Of The Contract, It Is Envisaged That The Contractor For The Contract To Secure The Lawful Implementation Of The Construction By Exercising Construction Supervision. The Main Objective Of Cherven Bryag Municipality, Through The Award Of This Public Procurement, Is To Obtain A Quality Service For Exercising Construction Supervision In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 166 Of The Spatial Planning Act With Effective Construction Supervision, Which Will Allow The Maximum Result Of The Real And Effectively Applied Environmental Protection Measures, Through The Production Of High Quality Compost, By Composting Separately Collected Waste, And To Reduce The Quantities Of Deposited Municipal Waste.
