The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Limited Procurement Procedure In Accordance With The Public Defense And Security Procurement Act (1531/2011). The Agreement Includes Two Years Of Stock Options In 2028 And 2029. The Customer Can Redeem Them If They Wish. Ring And Area Controls Are Mainly Used In The Storage Areas Of The Defense Forces And In Areas Where The Perimeter Control Is Considered Appropriate On The Basis Of A Risk Assessment. The Sites Are Located In The Geographically Decentralized Area, So The Selected Tenderer Must Guarantee The Geographically Comprehensive Availability Of Planning, Installation, Maintenance, And Troubleshooting Services Throughout Finland. The Lengths Of Controllable Fence Ranges From Kilometers To About 9 Kilometers And There Are About 40 Destinations All Over Finland. The Procurement Includes Sensors Of Ring And Area Control, Which Will Bring Alarms To The Use Of Access Control And Alarm Systems Used By The Defense Forces. Sensors Alarms Must Also Be Able To Be Transferred To The Existing Camera Surveillance System. The Defense Forces Have Access To The G -Fence 600 Zoning System. The Future System Must Be Compatible With The Said System And Meet The Absolute Technical Requirements Set By The Invitation To Tender. In The Target State, The Defense Forces Have A Site -Specific Area Surveillance Integrated With National Security Control, Which Can Control The Areas Of The Defense Forces In All Finnish Weather Conditions. The Selected Supplier Designs, Installs And Trains Fence Control And Regional Control Systems In Accordance With The Requirements Of An Expert In The Defense Forces.
