The Renovation Must Be Carried Out Under Limited Construction Site Conditions, As Well As In And Around Inhabited Leases, Which Include Re -Housing. Applicant Must, As Part Of The Pre -Qualification Application, Complete An Espd. Espd Is A Self -Declaration That Aims To Act As A Preliminary Proof That The Applicants Meet The Requirements Of Fitness, Exclusion And Selection. All Companies That Are Pre -Qualified Must Submit Documentation For The Support Of The Applicants Information In The Espd. The Documentation Is To Be Submitted With The Pre -Qualification Application And Will Otherwise Be Charged Immediately After Notification Of Pre -Qualification. If One Or More Companies Cannot Submit The Required Documentation, The Contracting Entity Will Consider Post-Pronouncing Companies To Ensure A Full Competition Field. In Addition, The Applicant Must Enclose Support Statements If It Is Based On The Financial And/Or Technical Ability Of Other Units.
