The Contracting Entity Wants To Offer His Employees A Broadband Connection At Their Home Address For Both Work And Private Use. The Contracting Entity Therefore Provides A Contract For The Delivery Of Employee Broadband To Employees In The Group. In 2025, The Contractors Organization Consists Of Approx. 500 Employees Who Are Offered Employee Broadband. It Is Expected That The Number Of Employees Will Increase During The Contract Period. It Is The Contractors Expectation That A Large Part Of The Overall Staff Group Will Make Use Of The Offer To Connect The Internet At The Employees Home Address. However, The Contracting Entity Cannot Guarantee The Tenderer A Minimum Turnover On The Contract, And The Estimated Value Of The Contract, As Stated In This Tender Notice, Is Not A Commitment From The Contracting Entity For A Minimum Turnover On The Contract. The Tenderer Is Also Particularly Aware That The Tenderer Is Bound By The Prices Offered, Regardless Of Which Revenue Is Specifically Achieved Under The Contract; Also In The Event That The Specific Revenue Differs From The Estimated Value In Both Upward And Downward Direction.
