Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Request For Participation / Kokonniemi Sports Center - Purchase Of Main And Architectural Designer. On Behalf Of The City Of Porvoo, Kokko Sports Center Oy Asks Candidates To Submit The Main And Architectural Planning Of The Project In The Title Of The Offer In Accordance With The Contract Notice And The Documents Below. For The Project, The Offer Includes Ps18 And Ark18 Tasks C - K And Separately Defined Tasks According To The Design Program. Step 1: On The Basis Of The Application For Participation, 3-5 Suppliers Will Be Selected For Negotiations Based On Quality Scores. Step 2: Preliminary Offers Will Be Requested From The Suppliers Selected For The Negotiations. More Detailed Negotiations With These Suppliers Are Based On The Preliminary Offers. In The Negotiations, Suppliers Are Asked For Views On The Implementation Of The Assignment, Workloads And Resource Needs, After Which The Subscriber Requests The Final Tenders. Step 3: Final Offers Will Be Scored With A Price-Quality Score, On The Basis Of Which The Subscriber Will Make A Procurement Decision On A Supplier That Has Made The Most Economical Bid And A Separate Contract For The Assignment Is Drawn Up. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Make A Procurement Decision On The Basis Of Preliminary Tenders Without The Implementation Of The Negotiations. In This Case, The Subscriber Scoring Preliminary Offers, Like The Above, With A Price-Quality Score. The Project Is Described In More Detail In The Annex To This Contract Notice. Quotation And Procurement Documents Are Available In Finnish. The Application For Participation And The Offer And Its Attachments Must Be Drawn Up In Finnish. The Contracting Entity Has The Right To Suspend The Procurement Procedure Without Concluding The Agreement. Parts Offers Are Not Allowed. Alternative Or Parallel Offers Are Not Allowed. The Procurement Is A Service Acquisition Exceeding The Eu Threshold In Accordance With Article 26 Of The Public Procurement And License Act (1397/2016, Procurement Act). The Procurement Procedure Is The Negotiated Procedure In Accordance With Articles 34-35 Of The Procurement Act. The Negotiations Are Invited To The 3-5 Minimum Candidate Candidates Who Have Received The Best Benchmarks On The Basis Of Applications For Participation, Unless Such Candidates Are Less Than Above.
