The Content Of The Services Is The Measurement Work In The Järvenpää City Area. Based On The Tendering, A Maximum Of Two (2) Service Providers Will Be Selected, Unless There Are Fewer Service Providers Are Selected. The Choice Of Service Provider Is Primarily Guided By The Preference Order Determined By Tendering. Unless The First Service Provider In Accordance With The Order Of Priority Has The Opportunity To Provide The Service On A Schedule Set By The Subscriber, The Order Will Be Made From The Next Service Provider. The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Subscriber. The Main Focus Of The Customers Current View On Measuring Work Orders Is The Terrain Model, With Detailed Measurements, Own Street Construction And Water Supply Measurements. The Service To Be Ordered Includes: - Terrain Model Measurements For Municipal Engineering Plans, Which May Include The Inspection Of The Existing Järvenpää Water Cable Networks. The Terrain Model Is Measured By The Järvenpää City Terrain Model Measurement Guide (Attachment) And In Some Projects According To The Road And Track Projects Of The Finnish Transport Agency According To The Measurement Instructions. - Mapping In The (Available) Järvenpää Water Cable Network. Measurement Instructions Attached. - Site Measurements, Which Include, On The Basis Of The Measurement Plans Provided By The Subscriber, The Markings And Other Labels Required To Complete The Work To Complete The Structures Needed To Carry Out The Various Stages Of The Street, Water Supply And Green Construction Sites And Other Work To Complete The Work. On -Site Measurements Also Include Details Of Water Supply And Other Items To Be Deemed Necessary. Cable And Street Lighting Measurement Instructions Attached. Measurement Orders Are Generally At Least A Working Day, But For Site Measurements, They May Be Quick And Short Orders. The Subscriber Is The City Of Järvenpää City Technology Design And Construction Services, Järvenpää Water, Urban Development Land Use, Map And Measurement Services. The Subscriber Does Not Have A Claim Obligation. The Procurement Volumes That May Be Presented In Other Documents Are Only Estimates And Are Not Binding On The Subscriber. The Agreement Does Not Provide The Service Providers Exclusive Right To Provide The Services Subject To The Contract. The Draft Agreement Is Attached. The Agreement Will Enter Into Force After The Agreement Has Been Signed, But Not Earlier Than June 30, 2025 And The Agreement Expires On June 29, 2029
