Quotation are invited for Provision of General Plumbing Maintenance & Repairs to Properties at the Port of Walvis Bay for 24 Months. Deadline for request for clarifications: 10 April 2025 Closing Date and Time of Bids: 17 April 2025 Experience as prime contractor in the provision of at least three (3) service contracts of a nature and complexity equivalent to this service over the last 5 years. 70 % of the services contracts cited should at least be complete. Please attach sample of service checklist Service contracts should pertain to the following areas: Repair of leaks in pipes Repair of burst pipes General plumbing repairs Replace plumbing parts Unblocking drains Pump services and replacements Sealing of pipe fittings Please attach sample of service checklist. Proposal for the timely acquisition (own, lease, hire, etc.) of essential equipment required for the performance of this contract such as: Company vehicles like 2 x LDVs or similar Small trucks, trailers for transport of materials.
