5.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works Entitled: Horizontal Marking In The Chojnice Poviat. 5.2. All Terms And Names Of Materials Are Used Only To Determine The Quality Parameters Of The Materials Used. Lack Of Specification Of Special Requirements By The Ordering Party Regarding The Standard Of Performance (Quality Of Materials, Equipment, Devices, Etc.) Means That The Contractor Will Fulfill His Duties When He Maintains The Average Standard Of Performance, After Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority. 5.5. The Employer Will Consider That The Offer Is Equivalent If It Presents The Subject Of The Contract With The Functional And Quality Properties Of The Same Or Better Than Those Specified In Swz, But Marked With Another Trademark, Patent Or Origin. At The Same Time, It Is Important That An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Is Not Identical, Identical To The Reference Product, But Has Some Features And Parameters Similar To The Contracting Authority.
