The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Adapting Part Of The Building Of The Municipal Public Kindergarten No. 5 In Bolesławiec For The Purposes Of Creating A Public Nursery. Municipal Public Kindergarten No. 5, Is Located At Zygmunta Augusta 16B Street In 59-700 Bolesławiec. 2. Protection Of Furniture And Equipment In The Kindergarten During The Duration Of Construction Works - Including The Transfer To The Locations Indicated By The Employer, As Well As Re -Transporting And Setting Furniture And Equipment In The Original Location. The Contracting Authority Provides For Furniture And Equipment In Locations In The City Of Bolesławiec. 3. Conducting All Necessary Tests And Tests As Well As Staff Training In The Field Of Use And Functioning Of The Facility; Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility; Preparation, Completing And Providing The Ordering Party With Complete As -Built Documentation. 4. The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With A Set Of Documents Regarding The List Of Supplied Equipment, Installed Devices, Dates Of Inspection And Service Activities Together With Instructions For The Use And Maintenance Of Devices. If The Contractor Does Not Provide Instructions Within The Contractual Period, He Is Responsible For Damages Resulting From Improper Use And Maintenance Of Devices. 5. Before The Final Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Employer May Start Delivering Deliveries Related To The Equipment Of The Facility With Furniture And Moving Devices.
