The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of The Equipment Of The Team Of The Electrical, Energy, Robotic-Automatic Laboratory In The Form Of 3 Pieces Of Complete Teaching Positions In The Profession Of Technician Robotics. The Thin-Like Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 5 To Swz-Which Is Also A Description Of The Offered Equipment. Additional Information:  Description Of The Offered Equipment (I.E. At The Date Of Submission Of Offers), Because The Specification Of The Benefit In It, Which Will Be Fulfilled In The Event Of The Selection Of The Offer As The Most Advantageous, Consists Of The Content Of The Offer. At The Same Time, The Content Of The Offer Consists Only Of These Items In The Description Of The Offered Equipment, In Which Contractors Should Not Only Confirm The Compliance Of The Parameters Of The Offered Device With Minimal Requirements Of The Employer - On The Principle Meets/ Does Not Meet, But Provide The Full Name Of The Manufacturer, Type And Model Of The Equipment Offered For Its Unambiguous Identification And/ Or Specify The Size Of The Technical Parameters Or The Characteristics Of The Devices. Specifying This Information Is Necessary For The Employer To Conduct The Proceedings And Consists Of The Content Of The Offer. Therefore, The Possible Failure To Submit The Description Of The Offered Equipment On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, Or Not Compliance, Or Incorrect Filling Of The Description Of The Offered Equipment, Preventing The Contracting Authority To Identify The Offered Device, Or The Inability To Determine: Whether The Offered Devices Meet The Minimum Technical Requirements Referred To In The Formula Constituting Annex 5 To Swz Will Cause Absolute Rejection Of The Offer, Based On The Provisions Of Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 2 Lit.C) And/Or Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.  On The Other Hand, These Items In The Description Of The Offered Equipment, In Which The Contractors Should Only Confirm The Compliance Of The Parameters Of The Offered Device With The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party On The Principle: Meets/ Does Not Meet (Without The Need To Specify The Information), They Are Not The Content Of The Offer, But Constitute The Evidence In Question That The Offered Deliveries Meet The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Referred To In The Provision Of Art. 106 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Act, If The Original Description Of The Offered Equipment In The Items: Meets/ Does Not Fulfill Turns Out To Be Incomplete Or Inaccurate, The Contracting Authority Will Call The Contractor To Submit Or Supplement The Description Of The Offered Equipment, But In The Part Covering Only These Items: Fulfills/ Does Not Meet, Which At The Date Of Submitting Offers Was Filled With Incorrect, Or Were Not Filled At All.
