3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation, Which Is Annex 4 To Swz, Which Includes: Construction Project, Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, The Bill Of Quantities - In Some Works Covered By This Order. 2. Design Documentation Listed In Point 1 Contains A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works, The Bill Of Quantities And Other Information Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Work Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Received Project Documentation And Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, A Pre -Trend, Contract And Conditions Contained In Swz As Well As The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Building Art, Based On The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Executive Acts Issued On Their Basis, The Provisions Of The Civil Code And Others Resulting From The Specifics Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. Renovation Of Plastered External Walls Of The Stage Chimney Of The Main Building Of The Grand Theater In Łódź, Insulated With Foamed Polystyrene In The Lower Part: A) Cleaning The Walls With A Stream Of Water Under Pressure With The Addition Of Biocide, B) Repair Of Scratches And Damage And Defects Of The Thermal Insulation Layer In The Plaster Under The Plaster, C) Application Plastering Undercoat, E) Flashlight Plaster With Thin -Layer Silicate -Silicone Plaster, F) Painting The Facade With Silicone Paint. 4.2. Replacement Of All Flashings Occurring On The Facade Of This Part Of The Stage Chimney On The Titanium And Zinc Gr.0.7Mm With A Foundation From The Osb-3 Gr. 20 Mm. 4.3. Replacement Of External Doors, Existing Staircase Of The Stage Chimney With New External, Technical, Steel Doors (Sheet Thickness Min. 0.7Mm, Door Wing Thickness Min. 60 Mm) With Dimensions Of About 80 X 200 Cm Together With Framework Processing And Painting (Do The Door Dimensions Measure From Nature). 4.4. Disassembly Of Existing External Ventilation Ducts Conflicting With The Facade And The Installation Of New Ventilation Channels, External Reproductive Channels In The Existing Trail. 4.5.
