1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electricity To The Building Of The Fund Of Social Insurance Fund Of Farmers Located In Poznań At Ul. Saint Marcin 46/50.2. The Actual Consumption Of Electricity Will Depend Only On Real Needs And Will Be Settled On The Basis Of Indications Of Measuring And Billing Systems At The Electricity Collection Point, According To The Net Unit Price Given In The Offer, Which Contains All Elements Of Spreadshells And Will Not Change During The Period Of The Contract, Subject To The Provisions Contained In It. The Guaranteed Amount Of Electricity During The Contract Is Determined In The Amount Of 320,000 Kwh (320 Mwh). 5. In The Event Of Increased Demand For The Supply Of Electricity And After The Estimated Amount Of Electricity, Referred To In Point 4, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase The Amount Of Electricity Purchased Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract, I.E. At A Net Unit Price For Kwh In Force During The Contract. The Amount Of Electricity Included In The Option Of The Option Is A Maximum Of 200,000 Kwh.
