The Scope Of The Service Rendered: A) Familiarizing Yourself With The Childs Documentation, Determining The Directions And Schedule Of Therapeutic Activities, B) Establishing Cooperation With The Institution In Which The Child Is Covered By Other Therapeutic Activities To Ensure The Consistency Of Impact, C) Developing And Implementing With The Child An Individual Training Program Training Program, D) Assessment Of Progress And Analyzing The Effectiveness Of Assistance Child, E) Introducing Changes To The Program According To The Current Needs Of The Child, F) Providing Parents With Specialist Information On The Implemented Activities, Indicating Other Forms Of Comprehensive, Specialist Assistance For The Child, 2. Services May Be Provided On Any Days Of The Week, Including Public Holidays, At Work Together, During Hours Set Together By A Specialist And Parent Of The Child. 3. Services Should Be Provided At The Childs Place Of Residence (Kowary).
