Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Grzmiąca Commune

1. The Order Includes The Development Of The General Plan Of The Grzmiąca Commune Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), Including Eco -Ophysiographic Study And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of A General Plan. 2. The Plan Being The Subject Of A Manure Should Be Executed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Acts, Including In Particular: 1) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development And Executive Provisions To The Act, 2) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023, On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing It From (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), 3) By The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Societys Participation In Environmental Protection And On The Assessments Of Environmental Impact (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112), 4) In Accordance With The Provisions Of Resolution No. X/74/2025 On January 30, 2025, Regarding The Accession To The General Plan Of The Grzmiąca Commune, 5) Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract And The Current Court Case Law Regarding Spatial Development, 6) Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts, Which Are Referred To The Subject Of The Order, Including Regarding Environmental Protection, Monument Protection, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 4 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz). 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.
