1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Installation Of Doors And Windows For The Needs Of Biebrza Sp. Z O.O. The Task Is Carried Out By Nad Biebrza Sp. Z O.O. As Part Of The Investment Entitled: Modernization Of Social Infrastructure In The Sokólski Poviat, Part 3 Of The Order: Reconstruction, Expansion And Retrofitting Of The Sp Zoz In Sokółka2. The Order Includes: 2.1. Delivery And Installation Of Doors And Windows (Factory New), Having All Required Regulations For Use In Construction (Sign B, Ce As Well As Approvals And Certificates Indicated In Individual Order Items). 3. Determining The Item And The Size Or Scope Of The Contract: Delivery And Installation Of Doors And Windows For The Needs Of Biebrza Sp. Z O.O. - The Order Is Made Of A Basic Order And An Order Covered By The Options. The Quantitative Scope And General Requirements Are Included In Table 1, Which Is An Attachment To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. Subject Of The Order - Doors And Windows - Are To Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Damage. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To The Ordering Party Within The Time Limit Specified In The Contract For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And Swz (According To The Submitted Offer). 5. Along With The Issuing Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Shall Provide The Employer With The Necessary Documents Related To The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Required Minimum Quality Guarantee Period Is - 24 Months. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Employer A Written Quality Guarantee For The Provided Subject Of The Contract For The Period Indicated In The Offer Calculated From The Date Of Signing By The Representatives Of The Parties To The Delivery And Acceptance Report. Detailed Conditions Of The Quality Guarantee Are Determined By The Warranty Card Issued And Transferred To The Employer. 8. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Unloading The Subject Of The Contract In The Place Indicated By The Employer Using The Contractor Unloading Measures (E.G. Hds, Forklift, Pallet Stroller, Car Elevator). 9. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Is - Ul. Sikorskiego 40, 16-100 Sokółka10. Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, Checking The Compliance Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Contractors Offer. 11. A Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Will Be Drawn Up From The Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract. 12. Details Of The Deadlines Are Described In Chapter Ii.
