1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Collection, Export And Development Of Mixed Municipal Waste And Segregated Municipal Waste To Zduńskowolski Poviat Hospital With A Limited Liability Company With Its Registered Office In Zduńska Wola As Part Of The Task Entitled: Providing Services In The Field Of Removal And Disposal Of Municipal Waste And Other From The Estate Of The Poviat Hospital From The Property Sp. The Expected Amount Of Waste Is About 1,878.4 M3 Within 24 Months. 3. The Contractor Declares That He Meets All Requirements And Has The Necessary Rights, Technical And Personal Potential To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Contractor Guarantees The Service In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular: 1) By The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 699, As Amended); 2) By The Act Of 27 April 2001 - Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022 Item (Journal Of Laws 2020 Item 10). 5. The Contractor Is Required To Comply With The Regulations Of Order In The Hospital. 6. For Violating Firefighting Regulations. And Health And Safety, The Contractor Is Responsible In The Mode And On The Principles Set Out In The Relevant Provisions. 7. The Amounts Of Waste Given Are Estimated Values ​​And Cannot Constitute Grounds For Demanding By The Contractor Full Implementation Of Specific Quantities And Quantities Given In Swz By The Employer. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Settings Of Containers Owned By The Contractor In Locations And Quantities Indicated By The Ordering Party: A) 5 Containers With A Capacity Of 1100 Dm3 Adapted For Storage Of Municipal Waste (Mixed), B) 2 Containers With A Capacity Of 6800 Dm3 For Plastic Waste, Colorless Glass, Colored Glass, Waste From The Card And Paper, Four Times A Year 1 Container For Furniture And Other Bulky Waste For Each Order Of The Ordering Party Sent To The Contractor By Email Or By Phone, D) Twice A Year 1 Container For Debris And Other Construction Waste For Each Order Of The Ordering Party Sent To The Contractor By E-Mail Or Phone, 2) Timely And Careful (With Cleanliness) Of Municipal Waste Removal Ordering Party Area To The Authorized Landfill For Their Utilization And Storage, On Certain Dates: A) Mixed Waste - 2 X A Week: Monday To 12.00, Thursday After 12.00, B) Segregated Waste - 2 X A Month, After The Contracting Authority Has Been Reported, C) Bulky Waste - 4 X A Year, After The Contracting Authority Has Been Reported, D) Construction Waste - 2 X A Year, After The Contracting Authority Is Reported, 3) Ordering The Place Of Collection Of Waste And A Place Of Parking Of Containers, 4) Collecting The Waste, Which Are Located Next To The Containers/Containers In The Case Overcrowding, 5) Keeping Containers Clean And Systematic Disinfe
