Expression of Interest for Consultancy to Design an Internet-Based Information Sharing Network Solution for the FGS Ministry of Finance. Scope of the assignment: The objective of this assignment is to conduct participatory digital readiness assessment and propose a digital/internet-based information sharing network solution for the FGS Ministry of Finance, this assessment will inform a comprehensive digitalization solution design. A Consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selections (QCBS) method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
