Guldborgsund Municipality And Vordingborg Municipality Offer The Operation And Maintenance Of The Municipal Lighting Systems, For The Construction Of Lighting Systems (New Plants), Replacement Of Luminaires, Masts, Cables And Cabinets And The Operation And Maintenance Of The Plant. The Reason Why The Workers Are Offered Together Is To Ensure A Scope That Makes It Attractive For Larger Actors To Bid On The Task And Possibly Establish A Presence In One Of The Municipalities. The Supply Is Therefore Designed So That Price Is Given Individually Per Municipality, But That Both Contracts Are Awarded To The Winner Of The Offer. The Two Municipalities Have Chosen A Total Tender Where Tendering Conditions, Tendering And Settlement Base And Tender List Are Common Documents, While The Remaining Documents In The Tender Are Different From Municipality To Municipality. This Construction Ensures That One Tender Is Held And That The Two Contracts Are Allocated The Same Tenderer, But That Pricing, Work Descriptions And Contract Are Different For The Two Municipalities. The Workers In The Contract Must Be Carried Out From July 1, 2025 To 30 June 2028 (3 Years) And Include Approx. 13,900 Bright Spots In Guldborgssund Municipality And Approx. 6,700 Bright Spots In Vordingborg Municipality. In Addition To The Operation And The Maintenance Period, The Municipalities Have An Option On The Extension Of The Contract, 2 Times Of 1 Year, First From July 1, 2028 To June 30, 2029, And Second From July 1, 2029 To June 30, 2030. It Is Expected That Approx. 15 Million Dkk Is Spent On Maintenance (Construction) And Dkk 7 Million. Dkk Is Used On Operation (Service) During The Contract Period, And Approx. 10 Million Dkk Is Spent On Maintenance And Dkk 4.5 Million. Dkk Is Used On Operation During The Option Periods (Total).
