West Dried Meat Lake Regional Landfill Cell 13 Construction . The Project Involves The Construction Of A New Landfill Cell (Cell 13) At West Dried Meat Lake Regional Landfill In Accordance With Applicable Regulatory And Engineering Standards. The Scope Of Work Includes But Is Not Limited To: Site Preparation And Earthworks, Excavation And Grading, Supply And Installation Of Geosynthetic & Hdpe Liner Systems, Leachate Collection Infrastructure, And Granular Material Placement. Contractors Must Demonstrate Experience With Similar Landfill Cell Construction Projects, Particularly Involving Environmental Protection Systems And Geomembrane Installations. All Work Must Comply With Alberta Environment And Protected Areas (Aepa) Guidelines, Relevant Landfill Design Specifications, And Applicable Safety Regulations. A Pre-Bid Meeting And Site Visit At The Place Of The Work Has Been Scheduled For 2 P.M. Local Time On April 16, 2025.
