Qualifications of the consultants/consultancy firm A Degree (or equivalent degree/experience) in psychology, social work, or relevant field Proven experience in designing and facilitating staff wellbeing programs in NGOs Expertise in stress management, mental health, organizational safety and staff care Experience in working with NGOs Strong facilitation and engagement skills Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to work with people from different backgrounds. Familiarity with CSOs work in Lebanon. Excellent knowledge of the Lebanese context. Experience in using participatory workshop facilitation methodologies.
