Apr 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Agriculture, Development, Training & Capacity Building Remuneration range: 3000 to 4000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 40 days Coaching Topic The Gender coaching to cover the below: Gender-sensitive workplaces Empowerment of women entrepreneurs Sustainable gender transformation Capacity-building: promoting gender inclusion Deliverables Conduct a total of 10 coaching sessions one for each entity, the session will take 2 hours: 3 entities in Bourj Hammoud 1 entity in Dekweneh 3 entities in Sin El Fil 3 entities in Jdaideh To conduct a desk review Interviews and Workshops with owners and employees. Submit training and activity report including observations on improvements or challenges faced by entities. Qualifications University degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies or Womens Studies, Human Rights or International Development or is PGA Certified. Minimum 5 years experience as an expert with experience working on projects related to gender, diversity, and inclusivity. Proven knowledge of Fair-Trade principles. Proven presentation skills.
