5.1. Code According To A Joint Order Dictionary (Cpv): 14212000-0 - Granules, Shards, Powdered Stone, Pebbles, Gravel, Split And Crushed Stone, Stone Mixtures, Mixtures Of Sand And Gravel And Other Aggregates, 60000000-8 - Transport Services (Excluding Waste Transport). 5.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Natural Aggregate Mixture Of 0/31.5 Cnr To The Surface From The Inspection Unrelated According To Fig. 19 Technical Requirements Wt-4 2010; Meeting The Requirements Contained In: A) Wt-4 2010; B) Pn-En 933-1 Research Of The Geometric Properties Of Aggregates-Determination Of The Grain Composition-Screening Method Or Equivalent; C) Pn-En 13242 Aggregates To Unrelated And Hydraulically Connected Materials Used In Building And Road Construction Or Equivalent, For Current Maintenance Municipal And Internal Roads, Owned By The Łyse Commune Along With The Spread And Profiling Of A Self -Propeller, In An Amount Of 1465 M3 With The Possibility Of Reducing Or Increasing The Abovementioned Quantities (Depending On The Price Achieved In The Proceedings For 1M3 Aggregate With Profiling). 5.3. The Contracting Authority Provides As An Option (In Accordance With Article 441 Of The Pzp Act) The Possibility Of Commissioning A Delivery Of A Natural Aggregate Mixture In An Amount Of More Than 1465 M3 But In An Amount Not More Than 30% Of The Basic Range. 5.4. The Required Amount Of Natural Aggregate Mixture Was Indicated In Points 5.2 And 5.3. And In Annex 1 To Swz (Offer Form), While The Employer Reserves The Right To Exercise The Right Of The Option Of Ordering More Material As Part Of The Contract Than Given In Annex 1 - In The Event That It Results From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And In The Event Of Further Degradation Of Roads In The Commune, Requiring Repair From The Road Manager, With The Relevant Amount Of Expenditure In Commune Budget. The Employer Will Provide The Contractors Written Information About The Need To Exercise The Right Of Options During The Performance Of The Contract. The Option Of The Option Is The Unilateral Right Of The Contracting Authority, From Which He May, But There Is No Obligation To Use As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. If The Contracting Authority Fails To Take Advantage Of The Optionors Right, No Claims Are Entitled To. If The Employer Exercises The Right Optional, The Contractors Contractual Obligation Is To Perform A Benefit Within The Scope Covered By The Law. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Repeatedly Exercise The Right Of Options After Completing The Scope Of The Basic Order - However, Until The Maximum Scope Of The Right Of The Option Is Exhausted.
