The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Enabling The Access To Employees Of The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Katowice And Their Accompanying Persons, Employees Of Employees Up To 15 Years Of Age, Children Of Employees From 16 To 26 Years Old, Seniors, For Sports Activities Of A Varied Nature As Part Of A Monthly Subscription (Sports Package), Including Adults At Least: Gym, Swimming Pool And Fitness, For Children, For Children Having A Swimming Pool Card - At Least A Swimming Pool, And For Children With An Extended Option - At Least A Swimming Pool, Dance And Martial Arts. After Proper Identification, The User Will Be Entitled To Use Sports Activities Throughout The Country.
